I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place the Parmesan into TM bowl and pulverise for 10 seconds on speed 9. Set aside.
Place Onion & Garlic and chop for 3 secs on speed 6. Scrape down sides and repeat.
Add oil and saute for 100 degrees on speed 1 for 4 mins.
Add mince, mixed herbs, pepper and cook for 6 mins on 100 degrees "Counter-clockwise operation" spoon soft.
Add Vegetable Stock Concentrate and Tomato Soup. Cook for 15 mins at 100 degrees "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1.
Serve and add grated parmesan to taste!
Tip
I enjoy my sauce on top of a bowl of Tubular spagetti but you could have it on anything you liked or add cooked pasta into the sauce mix and call it Mince and Maccaroni.

This is my go-to spag bol sauce. So easy and yummy. Most importantly the kids and hubby love it. Thank you!
I have a TM5, could I double the quantities?
Absolutely fantastic, a fave with my family! Thanks
Tasty sauce. only added the one tablespoon of stock concentrate as recommended, also added two tablespoons of tomato paste for a bit more taste.
I would still like to find a recipe that doesn't break down the mince as much but this is quick and easy and as I always used to use tomato soup on my sauce pre thermomix it was a winner!
Thanks for the recipe
Yummy dinner, easy to make and a win with the kids. Only added 1 tbs of stock as recommended
Easy and yummy Added Sweet Potato & Celery to the mix as they were ready to be used.
Will add to my last minute meals
I made this last night and it was Delicious! Such a simple and easy recipe to follow! Will def be making it again!!
And yes i agree with amsta_82; 1 TBSP of stock is plenty. I also added a few sneaky vegies into Step 5.
Will try this one

Delicious and great texture. It was so easy to make. I would only use 1 TBSP of stock due to the salt
