- 100 grams avocado oil
- 400500 grams tomato passata
- 100-200 grams water
- 1-2 tablespoons Vegetable stock paste, home made
- 1/2 tablespoons salt
- 5 --- fresh mushrooms, quartered

- Slice all vegetables in the cutter - large slice
Once vegetables are sliced put into container
Put oil in bowl
Place all vegetables (except tomatoes and mushrooms) in mixing bowl
.
Heat for 15 mins Varoma speed reverse"Counter-clockwise operation"
Adds tomatoes and quartered mushrooms.
Cook for 20 mins Varoma speed reverse "Counter-clockwise operation" - Store in Thermoserver. Keeps well in fridge.
- Serve with rice or potatoes and sliced meat as desired.
Tip
Cant get rid of this - from another recipe using risoni!
* Add water according to consistency desired - the less water the more thicker consistency, the more water, the more thinner consistency
* As the risoni will absorb the liquid once cooked, add risoni pasta according to consistency desired
