Dip Layers
- 5 each --- Medium to Large tomato quartered
- 200 g Purple Onions quartered
- 6 sprigs coriander
- 4 each --- hass Avocados halved, pitted and skin off
- 1/2 --- Lemon Juice fresh
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 300ml --- sour cream
- 200 g Iceberg Lettuce
- 200 g Tasty Cheese cubed

1. Do the Refried Beans First. The reciepe link is below

2. When Done with the Refried beans place in servicng dish to cool as bottom layer of Dip.
3. Wash and dry Mixing Bowl.
4. Add tomatos, Purple onions, Coriander leaves into bowl
5. 2 sec / Speed 5
6. Place mixture in the simmering basket and set in bowl or sink to let the tomato juice drain out or your dip will be very watery.
7. Rinse out mixing Bowl and dry
8. Add the Avocados, pinch of salt and 1/2 of lemon into mixing bowl
9. 20 Sec / Speed 5
10. In serving dish where the beans are at place the whipped avocado evenly over the top of the Refried Beans.
11. Clean and wash the mixing bowl
12. In the serving dish Add the 300ml of Sour Cream over the top of the avocados (make sure to stir the sour cream in container to make it easier to spread out)
13. In the Mixing Bowl add Iceberg Lettuce.
14. Mix speed 5 / 1 sec
15. Layer over the top of the sour cream in serving dish
16. rinse out and dry the mixing bowl
17. Now add the tomatos and onion you had set aside in the simmering basket over the top of the lettuce in serving dish
18. Put cubed cheese into mixing bowl
19. 5 sec/ speed 6
20. Now place the cheese evenly over the top of the tomatos.
Put in fridge till you are ready to eat or just dig right in.
Tip
Fantastic Party food just buy some corn chips for dipping and eat up

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
