- 50 grams Parmesean cubed
- 70 grams cashews (raw or toasted)
- 1 heaped teaspoon horseradish cream

Put all ingredients into bowl and blend for 1 min, speed 7. Scrape down sides of the bowl and blend again for 30 sec, speed 7.
serve with crackers, vege sticks, also great spread on sandwiches.

Really easy and tasty. I used 50g of feta. Will make again.
Delicious. I added a few dollops of natural yoghurt.
Grat dip, I made with 420g fresh cooked beetroot. I added a little salt to bring out more flavour.
I love this dip!!! I made it for a trio of dips for Fathers day, my Father loves hummus, but I think this is now his favourite (Which he'll have to fight Mum for it!)

Just made this & it's really tasty ........ so much nicer than the bought version.
Just a note, drain the beetroot ........ 😉
I used a can of sliced Beetroot. I drained it but saved some of the liquid to use later. I didn't add horseradish or mustard and it still turned out fine.
