- Place 600ml cream in biowl and churn for 4min/speed 4 or until cream has turned into butter.
- Pour off butter milk and rinse with ice water for 15sec/speed 4.
May repeat process if you so desire. - Add 70g oil and salt to taste and mix 15sec/speed 4.
Turn out into bowl

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
