Recipe's preparation

  1. Place 600ml cream in biowl and churn for 4min/speed 4 or until cream has turned into butter.
  2. Pour off butter milk and rinse with ice water for 15sec/speed 4.
    May repeat process if you so desire.
  3. Add 70g oil and salt to taste and mix 15sec/speed 4.
    Turn out into bowl
