- 320 grams almonds, ROASTED
- 20 grams cumin seeds, Whole
- 20 grams coriander seeds, Whole
- 20 grams sesame seeds, Oraganic
- 20 grams chilli flakes, Dried
- 40 grams Himalayan salt (or rock salt)

Place all ingredeints in Thermomis Bowl, "Counter-clockwise operation" 8 mins, 100.c, Speed "Gentle stir setting"
Let Cool.
Then Turbo on .5 until desired texture is achieved.
Tip
Once Cool store in frige in Jars.
Add Tumeric for added flavour & Colour.
Ommit Chilli, if no heat required.
Sprinkle Dukkah on Poached Eggs, Pizza, Dips or simply on a piece of Homemade Buttered Bread. ENJOY!!!!!

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
