Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Hi!!
Thank you for your recipe. Can you please advise the amount of almonds.
Thank you, Merry Christmas!!
Just made this. I didn't have rice paper and just used baking paper dusted with cornflour and it worked fine. The mixture sets very quickly so next time I would take it out the fridge at 20 minutes and cut it then. I made it plain with no nuts or fruit and it was a hit with the family. Next time will make a double batch! So easy to make.
Almonds?? Not in the ingredients list... just wonderinf how many? I'm about to try (without glace cherries)
Hoping someone sees this in the next 30 minutes! If I double the recipe what do I do with the cooking time? Also, it doesn't look like the honey/egg mixture is changing colour to white. Any thoughts?
I have yet to try it, but I saw another recipe that did not use the rice paper, but used white chocolate on both sides.
What can you use in place of the confectionary paper
Thanks so much Michelle - and Marg and Maree's is not too far from me either
