Insert Butterfly and add all ingredients and whip for 15 seconds on speed 3.
Serving Suggestion – Following the recipe for steaming prawns on this site. Shell prawns, de-vein and allow to cool, leave tails on. Place shredded lettuce or other greens in individual cocktail glasses or bowls (or serve on one large platter). Arrange 4–6 large prawns (or more if using cocktail prawns) per person on the lettuce. Pour Seafood Cocktail Sauce over prawns or place to side in a small dish. Serve with lemon wedges. Great entrée for a hot evening!

This recipe is so quick & easy. Will not buy seafood sauce again. I didn't have tobasco so used siracha instead and turned out beautiful. I also only needed a small amount so halved the recipe.
Very nice & so easy to make.
I've made this a few times now and always get good comments . Thanks for posting . This should show 5 stars not 4.

Great recipe, taste very cream. I added more Tabasco because we like it a bit spicey.
Couldn't be any easier... I halved the recipe for a small portion.
