I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Chop dill, lemon zest & chives for and spring onions for 20 seconds on speed 10.
Add remaining ingredients & either use the turbo button a few times for a chunckier texture or for about 5 seconds on speed 5 for a smoother texture.
Smoked salmon dip
Tip
Another serving suggestion as shown in the picture -leave out the smoked salmon from the dip recipe. Pipe the dip onto cucumber rounds & then place smoked salmon pieces on top.

I couldn't work out how many Spring onions to use in this recipe. It seems rather salty but I've made it for tomorrow so maybe leaving overnight and having it with the cucumber will be the game changer. Thanks for sharing.
Just divine...

Very yummy. It was a hit with all.
I love making this dip, it is one of my favourites! It's a definate crowd pleaser too!
This is so yum!
I added some yogurt to make it thinner, used spring onion instead of chives and left out capers.
Looking forward to enjoying this tomorrow for xmas day.
Loved this dip... A crowd favourite at my birthday party.
Thank you.
Very nice tasting dip. It's great being able to make your own rather than buying it. Thanks for sharing it.
Wow so nice and flavoursome even though I left out chive/spring onion! Much better than store bought ones. I'll be making this again and again I'm sure. Thanks for the recipe.
Gald you liked it!!
