I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Peel and cut apple into quarters, add halved plums, prunes, dates. Press turbo once to make fruit regular chunks of 1-2cm.
2. Add brown sugar, curry, spices and vinegar.
3. Cook for 10 min, 100C, speed 2.
4. Remove the measuring cup and replace with the basket or a piece of kitchen paper, folded in 4, to allow the chutney to reduce and thicken.
5. Continue to cook 20 min, 100C, speed 2.
6. When it is cooked, it should be like jam and will thicken more as it cools. You can blend to your preferred consistency. Pour straight away into clean jars, close the lid and turn upside-down (this will seal the pots). Leave them to cool down, label and store in the fridge or a cool place.
Tip
This is delicious served with soft cheeses or cheddar as a snack, also a great pairing for ham or cheese sandwiches and grills. It's a great spread for homemade scrolls with cheese for a vegetarian scroll.
Put jars through the dishwasher before use, then turn on their tops so the vacuum seal engages to give the product a longer life.

Comments
This is a great recipe, really yummy and easy to make. I didn't have prunes so just increased the dates to about 75g. Good texture and taste. Thanks.
Pretty easy
cant comment on taste As I substituted green plums for the apple and plum sauce and half white sugar and molasses. It’s pretty good though it’s like I made quite different recipe thanks
