  • 750 grams whole egg mayonnaise
  • 2 lemons, rind only, save juice
  • 2 teaspoons baby capers, drained
  • 4 Gherkins
  • 2 tablespoons Parsely leaves, fresh

Recipe's preparation

    To Make
  1. Place lemon rind, capers, gherkins and parsely leaves into TM bowl.

  2. Push turbo button for 1-2 secs, 2-3 times. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat.

  3. Add mayonnaise and mix on reverse, speed 2, for 2 minutes.

  4. Add lemon juice to  taste.

Tip

Chill for 1 hour before serving.

    Fantastic, quick, easy & yummy recipe. I halved the ingredients & it still made a large batch. I only had pre-cut gherkin rounds which I put 2 tablespoons in, but it could have done with an extra tablespoon of them. This will be now be my go to tartare sauce recipe.

    Perfect. Very easy make with great result. Have made it a couple of times. I will vary the quantity of the mayo at any given time but keep everything else the same. Will NEVER buy again.

    Maybe a little too much lemon rind - which I found needed another couple of blitzings on turbo to ensure there were no big pieces. Otherwise creamy and tasty.
