I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place green apples cut into quarters into bowl, chop 4sec on speed 4.
Add zest and lemon juice.
Add mulberries, chop 2 secs on speed 4.
Add Rapadura sugar and jam setter.
Cook 35 minutes 100, speed 1 MC leaning to one side or take off.
Keep checking so not boiling over and splashing everywhere.
Place into sterilised jars, ENJOY!
