Ingredients
- 250 g Cream Cheese Block, (softened)
- 3 tbsp Marsala (or brandy)
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 250 g marscapone
- 95 g icing sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 300 g thickened cream
- --- cocoa powder (or drinking chocolate), (to serve)
- --- cookies (butternut or ginger snap etc) OR berries OR both, (to serve)

Beat cream cheese until creamy - 35 seconds / speed 5
Scrape down sides
Combine Marsala and coffee in the MC and stir briskly to combine (set aside)
Add in to cream cheese - marscapone, icing sugar and vanilla - beat 6 seconds / speed 6
Scrape down sides
Add in coffee mixutre and thickened cream and mix well - 15 seconds / speed 5
Scrape down sides
Put into serving bowl and dust with cocoa. Serve with cookies or berries (or both) as a dip! Yummo!
