  • 1 onion, quartered

  • 60 g flour, gf if required
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl
  2. Chop speed 7, 10 seconds (longer if you like it smooth)
  3. Pour into silicone (or greased pyrex) loaf tin and pop in the microwave for 4minutes.
  4. Remove from microwave. Scrape around the edges and mix together gently.
  5. Pop back into the microwave for another 4mins.
  6. Scrape around the edges again and gently stir. Pop back into the microwave for 4mins
  7. Check if set. You'll see when the texture has changed, if not ready microwave again for another 2-4mins.
  8. Allow to cool then use as desired. See tips for examples.

Tip

Make gluten free by using your choice of gluten free flour.

Can be sliced and frozen.

Use sliced in sandwhiches, crumb with egg and breadcrumbs and fry.
