Very easy recipe and my son loves it! I married into an Indian family and therefore slightly modified the recipe.

We add half a garlic clove, 1cm cube (approx.) of ginger (quick chop before adding the rest of the ingredients), half a teaspoon of tumeric instead of cumin and an extra 100ml of water to make it a little runnier. A word of warning... the tumeric does make your m/c slightly yellow after a few goes of this recipe.

    Hope you enjoy  tmrc_emoticons.)
