Lovely easy recipe thanks! I had 2 extra kids who come from a 'sugarless' home whom enjoyed them. I had to sprinkle over icing sugar though as my miss 11 told me they needed golden syrup! (It was a small compromise).  I used only plain flour with baking powder as I didnt have quinoa flour & a bit extra milk as mix was pretty thick....perfect!

I didn't have quinoa flour so used 150g of self raising flour and added about a teaspoon of baking powder.

Turned well- pretty bland tasting on their own but good with some of the usual toppings tmrc_emoticons.)

Very nice, mixture was much thinner than I'm used to. I was a little worried! Despite being thin, they were very tasty, light and a nice change from regular plain pikelets.  Cooking 9

These are delicious and very easy. My first batch burnt on the bottom before they had cooked through.  I did the rest on very low heat with the lid on the frypan. Once I had the timing and temperature right they turned out perfectly! I made my own quinoa flour and they tasted very fresh and had a great texture.
