I'm cooking this today

Recipe's preparation

    Brownies
  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 o fan/f. Grease a brownie tin and line.

  2. Roast potato first or purée it uncooked in thermomix.

My potato was roasted already from leftover roast dinner.

I'm sure it would work with other leftover roast veg aswell, like, zucchini, squash, beetroot.

  3. Put veg into tm bowl, pre-roasted whiz 5 seconds speed 4-5.

  4. Add all other ingredients, whiz 20 seconds speed 5, scrape down sides and repeat if needed.

  5. Put mix into your brownie tin and bake @ 180 o fan/f for 25 to 30 mins.

If you are using uncooked sweet potatos you will have to monitor the time it takes, my guess it well be about the same.

    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I cooked these for 35 minutes at 180 degrees in a fan assited oven. Even though I'd say they were cooked properly they were very wet in texture. I've put them back in the oven on a low heat to see if this makes a difference.

Next time I'll cook for longer but at a lower temperature as I like the ingredients.
