  • 250 g Margarine - dairy free
  • 300 g plain four
  • 150 g desicated cocnut
  • 200 g raw sugar

Recipe's preparation

  1. Melt margarine 2 min, 90 degrees, speed 2.

  2. Add flour, coconut and sugar.  Mix 20 sec, speed 4.

  3. Pour into a greased and lined slice tray.  Bake in a 180 degree oven for 22-25min.

  4. Once cooled, cover with lemon icing.

Tip

I used my Allergy Friendly Lemon "Cream Cheese" Frosing to ice the slice.
