  1. Place garlic in TM jug and chop sp 7, 3 seconds

  2. Add all remaining ingredients and blend sp5, 30 seconds or until smooth.

    Was very interesting, I must of made some sort of mistake - I did 2 small cloves of garlic (recommend less is more with the garlic! lol). Will be trying this recipe again with the right amounnt of ingrediants, thank you!

    I used a med raw peeled beetroot, which seemed to work well with a bit of extra chopping. The large clove was too strong for my taste so ended up using whole block of cream cheese. Nice easy dip, will make again.

    Beetroot cream heese dip: tastes good, but colour of my tinned beetroot less pink than in photo.
    Texture very fine and will run for shorter time in future.
    I used a big garlic clove and prefer using a small clove next time.
