Ingredients
- 2 cups bakers flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 level tsp baking powder
- 1/8 level tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- 2 level tablespoons Amaretto or any other spirit of choice
- 1 Cup roasted almonds

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1.Preheat oven to 150c
2. Line loaf tin with baking paper
3. Place eggs and amaretto or other spirit in bowl. Mix on speed 5 for 30 seconds
4. Add dry ingredients to bowl and mix speed 4 for 10 seconds then knead for 1 minute "Closed lid" "Dough mode"
5. Remove dough (should be sticky) to loaf tin
6. Bake for 50 minutes
7. allow to cool completely
8. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
9. Slice the almond loaf relatively thinly
10. Bake the slices at 150c for 20minutes
11. Turn slices over and bake again for a further 15 minutes.
12. Allow to cool and enjoy!
