Ingredients
Banana Bread
- 125 grams Butter, Chopped
- 180 grams brown sugar
- 3 Bananas medium, Mashed separately in a bowl
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 250 grams bakers flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp WARM milk
- pinch salt

Preheat oven to 180 and grease a bread tin.
Place butter and sugar into TM bowl and chop for 10 seconds on speed 8 or until it forms a soft paste.
Insert Butterfly and cream butter and sugar for 3 mins on speed 3. Scrape down the sides as necessary to combine all the butter and sugar.
Add the already mashed bananas into the TM Bowl with the creamed butter and sugar and mix for 30 sec on speed 3.
Add eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and salt and whisk for 1 min on speed 3.
Add flour and baking powder and whisk for a further 2 mins on speed 3 or until smooth.
Put milk and baking soda in the MC and stir with spoon, then add to the mixture. Mix for 30 sec on speed 2 or until completely combined.
Pour the mixture into the bread tin and bake for 50 mins.
Oven
Tip
Allow to sit in tin for a few minutes before turning out on wire rack to cool.
Enjoy with freshly made TM butter.
