Delicious. I used wholemeal flour and subbed the vegetable oil for half coconut oil
half olive oil and subbed sultanas with dates. Very sweet probably due to the dates
so next time I will cut the sugar down to about 50G
I made these tonight as a treat for school tomorrow. I used GF flour, halved the sugar and added in 40g of cocoa and subbed the sultanas for dates. Trialled fresh from the oven and the passed the taste test!
‘Thanks for a great recipe!
Delicious! Made exactly as per recipe except I only had 1.5 bananas so added half a very ripe pear. Nut-free lunchbox hit for my kids. Thanks
Amazing!
Loved these.I added some crushed walnuts also for some crunch. And used half Coconut oil & half olive oil
Will def be using this recipe again. Perfect for work snack
Delcious I only used 65g brown sugar and is still lovely and sweet. Also subbed 1/2 macadamia and 1/2 coconut oil for the veg oil. Next time I will try some wholemeal flour too.
DELICIOUS! These muffins were a huge hit with everyone eating 2 at their first sitting!

deliverate and one that was not.... I forgot the egg!!! Still worked fine.
Did half coconut oil half olive, 80g raw sugar,
ommitted sultamas and

I used a teaspoon of honey instead of sugar and only used 100g of macadamia oil. Made 12 large muffins. Taste great!
I made a few changes but these were delicious and my fussy 2y/o also enjoyed them.
i used coconut oil, I used only 20g brown sugar and 40g coconut sugar (I found it still very sweet so would reduce this again next time).
i also substituted saltanas for blueberries I had previously frozen.
