Banana bread with no cane sugar
- 250 grams self-raising flour
- 150 gram Coconut sugar
- 1 level teaspoons cinnamon, Ceylon
- 2 piece bananas, Large soft bananas
- 1 level teaspoons Vanilla Paste
- 150 grams coconut oil
- 2 egg

- Preheat fan forced oven to 150 degrees. Prepare loaf tin, line with baking paper
- Place egg, vanilla, bananas and oil in bowl. Mix 15 seconds on sp 5 , scrape down and mix a further 5 seconds if needed.
- Add coconut sugar, flour, cinnamon, mix 10 seconds sp 5, scrape down and mix a further 5 seconds if needed
- Pour mix into prepared tin. Bake for 45 to 55 mins, test cooked, insert skewer and when it's cooked skewer should come out clean
