Ingredients

Banana bread with no cane sugar

  • 250 grams self-raising flour
  • 150 gram Coconut sugar
  • 1 level teaspoons cinnamon, Ceylon
  • 2 piece bananas, Large soft bananas
  • 1 level teaspoons Vanilla Paste
  • 150 grams coconut oil
  • 2 egg

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Preheat fan forced oven to 150 degrees. Prepare loaf tin, line with baking paper
  2. Place egg, vanilla, bananas and oil in bowl. Mix 15 seconds on sp 5 , scrape down and mix a further 5 seconds if needed.
  3. Add coconut sugar, flour, cinnamon, mix 10 seconds sp 5, scrape down and mix a further 5 seconds if needed
  4. Pour mix into prepared tin. Bake for 45 to 55 mins, test cooked, insert skewer and when it's cooked skewer should come out clean
