I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180C. Grease & line pan.
Place sugar into TM for 2 seconds speed 9.
Add flour & cocoa. Mix 5 seconds speed 7.
Add yoghurt, eggs, water & oil. Mix 30 seconds speed 5.
Add berries. Combine 10 seconds Reverse speed 3.
Pour into prepared pan. Cooked 30 mins or until inserted skewer comes out clean.
Let cool, cut into squares. Can be dusted with icing sugar and served with additional berries.
Tip
Ideal for kids lunchboxes! Packed with healthy berries and if you omit the decorations it is still moist & tasty. If your children won't eat it if they can see the berries you can blitz the berries until they are fine then when baked you can't see them.
Made using a 20cm square pan, but would benefit from a smaller pan.
My oven took 45 minutes to cook this dish, however my oven also takes 3 hours to cook cut roast potatoes. My time above is an estimate on a more efficient oven. Test with a skewer when the entire top has risen nicely and no longer moist to touch.

Kids loved this!
I liked the flavours of this, but the texture a little softer than other brownies. I cooked this for a litle longer than 30, because it wasn't quite done in the middle.
