Pour into 25cm cake tin lined with baking paper
Bake in fan forced oven 180-200C for 35-40 mins

I have made this cake before, to the great joy of my family. I made large cupcakes for a morning tea and baked them on 160 degrees for 20 mins on the top shelf. Delicious!!
