Ingredients
Cookies
- 270 grams carrot (3 med) roughly cut
- 250 grams Butter, cubed, at room temperature
- 170 grams brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 280 grams plain flour
- 1 teaspoon bicarb soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 80 grams rolled oats
- 100 grams sultanas
Cream Cheese Filling
- 100 grams sugar
- 250 grams Softened Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Put carrot in TM Bowl and grate 4 secs Sp 7. Set aside.
Put butter, brown sugar and vanilla in bowl and beat for 15 secs Sp 7.
Add eggs one at a time and mix for 8 secs Sp 4.
Add dry ingredients for 15 secs Sp 4 until combined.
Pour mixture into a mixing bowl and add carrot, oats and sultanas. Use spatula to combine ingredients.
Cover and chill mixture for 1 hour.
Place sugar in TM bowl for 1 min Sp 9.
Add creamed cheese and vanilla and mix for 10 secs Sp 4.
Spread filling onto half of the cookies. Sandwich with reamining cookies.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

You have to bear in mind that many cooks who read your recipes are complete amateurs, hence my questioning of
280 teaspoons plain flour??????
1/2 grams nutmeg??????
As a professional (once upon a time) I find it frustrating to read your recipe.
