Used 100g of brown sugar and replaced plain flour for wholemeal. We loved them!

made this last night - Anzac day. used 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 caster sugar. Replaced coconut with milled Almonds as someone I know has coconut allergies. I came 2nd out of 8 entries. Will make again

Just about the only biscuit I make now as my husband loves them so much. I add a little ginger because he loves that too and they are delicious!

Nice flavour but they didn't stick together well. I feel the recipe needed more water or more golden syrup.

Super easy and tasty recipe. I also did the final mix on reverse so it didn't munch up the oats. Will be our go too Anzac cookie recipe now 😊

Excellent recipe. Used 100g caster sugar, I will probably add more rolled oats next time. Mixed on reverse so the oats didn't get pulverised. 10 mins cooking made a very soft biscuit. Cook longer for a crisper biscuit.

It was fun to make them and they were delicious. We used maple syrup instead of golden syrup.😋
