I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees c. Grease a Loaf tin (or you could make muffins so grease a muffin tin or line it with cases).
Put butter in the bowl and melt 2mins/50deg/sp3
Add the bananas to the butter and mix 10secs/speed 4
Add the milk and eggs and mix 10secs/sp5
Pop this banana mixture into a bowl and set aside, no need to wash bowl afterwards.
Put both flours, cinnamon and sugar into the bowl, mix 5secs/sp7
Add the banana mixture back into the bowl ontop of the flour mixture and mix 10secs/sp5
Scrape down sides of the bowl and add the choc chips, mix sp3/40secs/"Counter-clockwise operation"
Pour into prepared tin and smooth top.
Bake for 45-50 mins (about 15-20 for muffins) or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Take out of the oven and leave in the tin to cool for 5 mins before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Tip
Enjoy warm, cold, or even toasted!
Put more or less choc chips in, its entirely up to your taste, you can also use white or milk choc chips, I just prefare dark.

I also reduce the butter melting speed (to Speed 2) but increased the temp to 100 degrees as my pure butter was cold from the fridge. I also reduced the sugar to 40g, used wholemeal flours & it turned out great, although I did have to cook for about 1hr 5mins, rather than the recipes listed time. Great recipe though!
Quite tasty, I ended up making 48 mini muffins instead of a loaf. Cooked for 12 mins. I found the speed for melting the butter to be too fast and I had to keep stopping it to scrape down the sides, when I changed it to speed 1 it worked great. I hand mixed the chocolate in because I found the thermomix usually ends up chopping the pieces too small.
