- 120 g Butter, Cut into pieces
- 100 g brown sugar
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 170 g self-raising flour
- 250 g chocolate chips

- Preheat oven to 160°C/320°F
- Weigh 120g butter
- Weigh 100g of brown sugar
- 1 min"Closed lid" speed 3
- Add 1 tbsp of golden syrup
- add 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Then 30 secs speed 3
- Add 170g self raising flour
- 30 sec "Dough mode"
- Scrape down edges of mixing bowl using spatula then
- 30 sec "Dough mode"
- Add 250g of chocolate chips then using spatula mix well
- Divide the dough into 14 balls and place on a lined baking tray, press the cookies down lightly then
- Bake for 10-15 mins or until golden.
