  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 170 g self-raising flour
  • 250 g chocolate chips

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C/320°F
  2. Weigh 120g butter
  3. Weigh 100g of brown sugar
  4. 1 minClosed lid"Closed lid" speed 3
  5. Add 1 tbsp of golden syrup
  6. add 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  7. Then 30 secs speed 3
  8. Add 170g self raising flour
  9. 30 sec Dough mode"Dough mode"
  10. Scrape down edges of mixing bowl using spatula then
  11. 30 sec Dough mode"Dough mode"
  12. Add 250g of chocolate chips then using spatula mix well
  13. Divide the dough into 14 balls and place on a lined baking tray, press the cookies down lightly then
  14. Bake for 10-15 mins or until golden.
