- "Sous-vide" Melt butter
temp 40 degrees
speed 4 - Pour melted butter out and set aside
- Add the egg to the "Closed lid"
- Add 150g sugar
- "Gentle stir setting" Speed 5 for 30 seconds
- Add 180g of flour "Sous-vide"
- 115g chocolate chips
- Mix speed 4 for 60seconds

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
