Why would you want to put bugs in a chocolate cake? 🤮
Made it today as husband asked "Got any cake".
so quick and easy.
Reduced the sugar, trying to keep him healthy.
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for this lovely recipe. I have made it so many times. I use gluten free flour and it comes out great.
The easiest, lightest and tastiest cake enjoyed by many on 2 different occasions. Definitely a winner. Did not use cochineal. Split the cake and added whipped cream to the middle then a chocolate frosting on top.
Soooo fluffy and light. Didn't add the cochniel, still amazing. Made into cupcakes and baked for about 15 mins on 160.
Made this cake for my daughters birthday and it was well recieved by everyone. Will be making this again for sure
Made this last week and absolutely loved it!
As I'm not the best baker I am asking for advice for my next try (as it will be for a birthday cake!) do you think it would be ok to split the cake batter in two round tins so that I can use them to layer?
