Made these on the weekend and followed the advice of previous comments to reduce the sugar. 180 grms was plenty sweet enough. I skipped the white chocolate, we're not fans and I also left out the almonds to make them school lunchbox friendly, but I added extra dark chocolate chunks to compensate. These spread quite significantly in the oven (my butter was warm which didn't help), so next time I'll make them a bit smaller and space them further apart. I made 20 quite large biscuits, could easily have made 30 smaller ones. They've been devoured and the small people already and have asked for another batch so that's always a good sign! Thanks for sharing a great recipe.

This biscuit recipe is great and the biscuits are fantastic. The mixture was rather sticky so next timei would add a little bit more plain flour to make it esierto roll. I too reduced the sugar to 180gm. Thanks for a great recipe I'll be making these again for sure! Recipe makes about 36 biscuits.

Taste delicious and very easy. I used 180g raw sugar as it’s all I had....next time I would reduce this again though as quite sweet
