Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre heat over to 175 degrees

    Add all ingredients to bowl

Mix for 15 seconds on speed 4 to combine

Turn to Closed lid"Closed lid" and Dough mode"Dough mode" for 30 seconds

Roll dough and cut in to shapes (you may find it easier to work with  if you put it in the fridge for 10 min first)

Place on greased tray and bake for approx 10 min (I have a fairly fast oven, so you may need to bake for longer)

Tip

You may wish to add some brown sugar to makes these biscuits sweeter. I have limited the sugar and kept it unrefined, as they are for daughter's lunch box.

These were nice & didn't last long in our house! Needed to bake for a little longer than suggested even though we made them quite thin (we made 26). Also needed longer kneading to bring mixture together, more like 2 mins with a couple of stops to scrape down sides of bowl.  Will make again though tmrc_emoticons.-)
