Chocolate peppermint bliss balls

140 grams raw cashews
140 grams dates medjool or normal
20 grams dessicated coconut
5 grams chia seeds
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder or cocoa powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Paste
3 drops food grade Peppermint Oil
pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

Add all ingredients to mixer bowl

1 minute speed 9

If your mixture is dry add 10gm of coconut oil. And mix for a further 10 seconds

Roll into small balls, coat with desiccated coconut if desired and refrigerate for 1 hour

Tip

I have used the Doterra brand of peppermint oil

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
