This recipe is the best ever! Simple and so yummy! The cakes rise really well - never use a different recipe for these ever again! Thank you!
Very, very nice.
First time attempted receipe
i omitted sugar as there is plenty in icing
children didn’t notice difference
good basic receipe
Makes 12 large muffins or 18-24 small cupcakes.
Thick batter, added little extra milk.
Hi, bake today and i find my batter is quite stiff. no idea where I have gone wrong.
HUGE HIT around here! The kids loved it ~ I forgot to only fill the patty pans 3/4 & I had mega muffins So easy & yummy!
Loved these! Recuced the sugar to 80g
Fantastic recipe. Perfect with the butter cream recipe on the chip.
I made these yesterday and reduced the sugar to 90g also. I didn't double the batch, instead I made 3 seperate batches and it was so quick and easy to do. I didn't bother washing the bowl between batches eitjer, just scraped out as much of the mixture I could each time. Worked perfectly ☺️
Can this be doubled easily?
