- 20 g sugar
- Zest 1 lemon
- 120 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 100 g whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 sheetscommercial puff pastry
- Egg wash
- Icing sugar to dust

Preheat
oven to 220ºC. Place a piece of baking
paper on a large flat cookie tray and set aside.Place
sugar and zest into TM bowl and mill for 10
seconds on speed 10.Add
cream cheese and lemon juice and blend for 5
seconds on speed 5.Add
cranberry sauce and with dial set to "Closed lid" closed
lid position, press Turbo button
just once.Lay
first sheet of puff pastry onto lined tray and cut in half.Score
around the edges of one piece (see picture) and spread half the cream cheese
mixture into the centre of the scored piece. Slash the top sheet of pastry and
place on top. Score edges again to seal.Brush
with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and base is cooked.Dust
generously with icing sugar before serving.Repeat
with remaining pastry and filling.
