Amazing! This is my 2nd white choc mudcake I’ve tried since owning my Thermie and the only one I’ll ever make now! Very yummy and nice and moist. Only needed 1hr 15mins in my oven and I used a buttercream icing instead of the ganache.
I made this for my husband’s birthday and it was delicious!
Has anyone made it with an egg substitute and had success?
