I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees C.
Grease and line a small lamington pan (approx 16cm x 26cm)
Place 200g raw sugar in TM bowl. Mill for 3 seconds on speed 10. Set aside. Add remaining raw sugar to TM bowl. mill for 3 seconds on speed 10. Set aside
Break chocolate into pieces and place in TM bowl. Grate for 10 seconds on speed 8. Cut butter into 1cm cubes and add to TM bowl. Melt ingredients for 3 minutes at 50 degrees C on speed 3.
Add flour, sugar, eggs and bourbon to TM bowl. Mix on speed 4 for 15 seconds.
Add nuts. Select reverse speed for 15 seconds on speed 3.
Pour into lined tray and use the spatula to level the mixture in the tray.
Bake for 35 mins. Test with skewer - should still come out slightly moist if you want a "fudgey" brownie. Otherwise, bake another 10 mins at 160 degrees for a "cakier" texture.
Allow to cool in pan. Slice into serving size approx 3cm x 4cm - or to your preference. Enjoy!
