Elle's Weetbix Slice
- 150 grams Butter
- 4 Weetbix
- 70 grams sugar
- 125 grams flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dash vanilla
Icing
- 200 grams sugar
- 50 grams Milk
- 80 grams Butter
- 1 bottle vanilla

Pre-heat oven to 180°C and line your prepared tray
Place butter in bowl
"Closed lid"
2/65/4Add Weetbix
Add 70g Sugar
Add 125g Flour
Add 1 TBS Cocoa
Add 1 tsp Baking Powder
Add a dash of Vanilla
- "Closed lid"
With aid of spatula combine all ingredients
.40/-/5 Bake in prepared oven for 10 minutes
Add 200g Sugar
- "Closed lid"
.10/-/9 Add 30g Milk
Add 80g Butter
Add dash of Vanilla
Add 1.5TBS Cocoa

Place prepared icing onto baked base, leave to cool before placing into the fridge
Once firm in he fridge, remove from tin and slice

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
