Elle's Weetbix Slice
- 150 grams Butter
- 4 Weetbix
- 70 grams sugar
- 125 grams flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dash vanilla
Icing
- 200 grams sugar
- 50 grams Milk
- 80 grams Butter
- 1 bottle vanilla

- Pre-heat oven to 180°C and line your prepared tray
- Place butter in bowl
- "Closed lid"
2/65/4 - Add Weetbix
- Add 70g Sugar
- Add 125g Flour
- Add 1 TBS Cocoa
- Add 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Add a dash of Vanilla
- "Closed lid"
With aid of spatula combine all ingredients
.40/-/5 - Bake in prepared oven for 10 minutes
- Add 200g Sugar
- "Closed lid"
.10/-/9 - Add 30g Milk
- Add 80g Butter
- Add dash of Vanilla
- Add 1.5TBS Cocoa
- .40/-/7
- Place prepared icing onto baked base, leave to cool before placing into the fridge
- Once firm in he fridge, remove from tin and slice

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
