Recipe's preparation

    Fudge Slice
  1. Line a slice tray with baking paper.
  2. Add first packet of Wine Biscuits to mixing bowl. Mix 25 seconds, speed 4 with measuring cup. Once crushed, transfer to separate bowl.
  3. Add second packet of Wine Biscuits to mixing bowl. Mix 25 seconds, speed 4 with measuring cup. Once crushed, transfer to bowl with other crushed biscuits.
  4. Lets make condensed milk! Place 40 grams Butter and 125 grams water into mixing bowl and heat 3 min/120 deg/speed 2 with simmering basket.
  5. Add 180 grams sugar, 110 grams milk powder, and a pinch of salt. Blend 30 seconds, speed 10 with measuring cup.
  6. You made condensed milk - wahoo! Add 155 grams butter to condensed milk. Mix 1 minute, 100 deg, speed 3 (simmer basket instead of measuring cup).
  7. Add crushed biscuits and 3 TBSP cocoa. Mix 5 seconds, speed 8.
  8. Scrape down bowl and continue until mixed - speed 8, 5 seconds.
  9. Press fudge mixture into prepared tray.
  10. Chocolate Icing
  11. Break up the two blocks of Black Forest Chocolate.
Melt chocolate 3 minutes, 50 degrees, speed 'gently stir (spoon).'
  12. Scrape down the sides. Repeat until completely melted - 1 minute, 50 degrees, speed 'gentle stir (spoon)'
  13. Pour icing over fudge slice. Refrigerate and then enjoy once set.

Tip

You can use wine or super wine biscuits.
The 40g butter, water, sugar and milk powder, can be substituted for 1 tin condensed milk.

    Recipe is created for
    TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
