Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 egg
  • 125 grams Milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 30 g honey

Dry Ingredients

  • 100 g whole-wheat flour
  • 50 g quick-cook oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 190° C

  2. Grease a 12-cup muffin tray, or put patty-pans in it.

  3. Mash bananas for 6 seconds on speed 4.

  4. Add remaining wet ingredients and mix for 5 seconds on speed 5.

  5. Add dry ingredients and mix for 20 seconds on Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"  speed 4.

  6. Spoon in to the muffin pan and bake 16 minutes, or until a skewer poked in the middle comes out dry.

    similar result to the one above ... they sunk when they came out of the oven, were really heavy and had no real taste.  They were edible but unfortunately won't be trying them again.

    Tried these today, stars for healthiness however mine were a flop, they sunk as soon as they came out of the oven, didnt seem cooked through inside but dark brown on outside & despite longer time they still didn't cook properly for me & although my 3yo liked them & said they were yum I found them bland with no sweetness at all sorry. tmrc_emoticons.(
