Fructose free, dairy free cinnamon cookies
- 250 g Ghee
- 150 g Rice malt syrup
- 1 level tsp vanilla essence
- 2 level tsp baking powder
- 1/2 level tsp salt
- 1 level tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 level tsp ground ginger
- 370 g plain flour

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Add ghee, rice malt syrup, vanilla, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and ginger into TM bowl. Mix sp 4 / 10 sec.
- Halve dough, shaping each portion into a circle/square/rectangle in cling film. Put in fridge for at least an hour.
- Slice dough off into single portions. Cook at 160 deg celcius for 15 mins. No need to space them out - they don't spread much.
Tip
Recipe can be halved.
