Ingredients

Fructose free, dairy free cinnamon cookies

  • 250 g Ghee
  • 150 g Rice malt syrup
  • 1 level tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 level tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 level tsp salt
  • 1 level tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 level tsp ground ginger
  • 370 g plain flour

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add ghee, rice malt syrup, vanilla, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and ginger into TM bowl. Mix sp 4 / 10 sec.
  2. Halve dough, shaping each portion into a circle/square/rectangle in cling film. Put in fridge for at least an hour.
  3. Slice dough off into single portions. Cook at 160 deg celcius for 15 mins. No need to space them out - they don't spread much.

Tip

Recipe can be halved.
