  1. 1. Add all ingredients to the bowl.

    2. Blitz 30 seconds /speed 6.

    3. Spoon a tablespoon of mixture onto a lined tray and flatten slightly.

    4. Bake in a moderate oven for 10 mins or until golden brown.

    Yum! As suggested in comments I only added 2 tsp of ground ginger and they are quite spicy but very yummy! Thank you!

    Tried these last night the mixture tasted nice raw but once cooked the ginger was too strong, maybe change the 1 tbs to 2 tsp instead.
