- 250 grams Arnotts Choc Ripple Biscuits
- 80 grams Butter, Melted
- 250 grams Mini Honeycomb Fingers
Filling
- 2 x 50 gram Crunchies
- 500 grams cream cheese, Softened
- 230 grams whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 teaspoons Gelatine powder
- 60 grams Boiling water
- 80 grams Soft brown sugar
Topping
- 50 gram Crunchie Bar, Cut into shards

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Lightly grease a 20cm springform cake pan.
2. Crush biscuits 10-15sec/speed 6.
3. Add melted butter "Counter-clockwise operation" 10sec/speed 6
4. Evenly spread base mixture in the pan. DONT PRESS DOWN.
5. Arrange the fingers side by side around the edge pressing down into the crumbs.
6. Press the crumbs firm.
7. Refrigerate.
1. Whip cream with butterfly 40 sec/speed 3.5 (Dont over whip).
2. In a seperate bowl combine water and gelatine until disolved.
3. Crush crunchies 10 sec/speed 6. Set aside
4. Combine cream cheese and brown sugar 50sec/speed 4 until smooth.
5. Add vanilla and gelatine mixture 11sec/speed 4 until just combined.
6. Fold through cream and crushed crunchie "Dough mode" 1min "Closed lid" .
7. Scrape down sides. Repeat "Dough mode" 1min "Closed lid" .

So amazing!! Made this on the weekend as we had friends over for dinner - everybody loved it!! It was a very easy recipe to follow ! I too used teevee snacks around the edge as i could't find the honeycomb biscuits and they worked great!!
Forgot to say I used TeeVee snacks around the edge as I couldn't get the honeycomb biscuits.
Made this for Christmas, it was so easy and looked great, and tasted lovely too. Thanks for the recipe
