  • 160 g Desiccated Coconut
  • 90 g Cashews
  • 50 g honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Paste
  • pinch salt

Chocolate

  • 40 g coconut oil
  • 40 g honey
  • 15 g Cocoa/cacao

Recipe's preparation

    Slice
  1. 1. Place all ingredients into the Thermomix.

    2. Blitz 1.5mins/speed 6.

    3. Press firmly into and lined tin.

    4. Refrigerate while making the chocolate.

  3. 1. Add all ingredients into the Thermomix.

    2. Heat 1min/37°/speed1

    3. Pour over the slice and top with coconut.

     

Tip

I find this can be quite rich so when I slice it I make them smaller.

    Sauce is very rich and I didn't understand how to get speed 6.3 or 13 on my TM5, but I cut them in small slices and they were quite tasty.

    Bounty Bars - These were an absolute hit at work! Delicious and healthy! I used shredded coconut rather than dessicated coconut. My slice wasn't as thick as the picture but that may be because I used a larger tin - I may also double the base next time. Five stars! Thanks for sharing!

    Oh my goodness this was delicious and so easy! I doubled the base to make more. Everyone devoured this. Yum!
