250 grams Butter, cubed
1/4 orange, Peeled
3 eggs
190 grams plain flour
10 grams baking powder

Recipe's preparation

Pre-heat oven to 180C

Place Raw Sugar in bowl and mill 3 secs Spd 9

Add remaining ingredients and blend 30 secs Spd 6

Pour into round cake pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until done

Tip

Is also nice to replace Orange with same amount of lemon.

Ice with citrus icing or even better the Citrus Syrup made at a Varoma demo tmrc_emoticons.)
