So yum... almost tastes like a date loaf.
Love this banana bread! The only recipe I use now. I use a few more dates (around 150g), leave out the sugar & use regular milk delicious!!

Great recipe thankyou.
I chopped the walnuts first and then the dates, as I like them both a little finer, then put aside. I only added 50g sugar as we think it's sweet enough with the bananas and dates, and I added chia seeds instead of poppy. It's a winner at our house, thankyou
I split this into two loaf tins which meant i didn't need to cook it for 60min. I also swapped out the walnuts for almonds. Was very tasty

I have been cooking this for over 1 and 1/2 hours and it it still not cooked on the inside. The top is getting very dark. Not sure how much longer I can cook it.
Disappointing because it was looking great while it was in the oven. Took it out and it completely sank in the middle.
delicious - I added a few fresh rasberries that needed to be used and it was a great addition.
Victor..
Delicious recipe, lovely texture for banana bread. Would be easier to follow recipe if ingredients were listed in order, and dates were in the recipe (I nearly forgot to add them back in)
This was good. I had to substitute the walnuts with raisins but it made it too sweet. Next time I'm just going to amke it without the walnuts. Thanks for sharing.
Great recipe. Family absolutely loved this.
