  • 50 grams dates, pitted
  • 60 grams organic Maple Syrup
  • 50 grams macadamia oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Place nuts and dates into TM bolw and mill for 6 seconds on speed 6.

  3. Place all remaining ingredients into TM bowl and mix for 20 seconds on speed 4 until all mixed in.

  4. Press mixture into a lined slice tin and cook for 20 minutes until the top is golden brown.

Tip

Add 50 g dark chocolate or raw organic cocao nibs into step 2 to make a chocolate nut slice

    This is my favourite recipe for museli bar. I mix the nuts up with almonds, cashews, macadamia and pistachio nuts.  So long as I have 250gms of nuts this recipe works every time.

    I made these and they were much better than I thought they were going to be!  I added 1/4 cup pepitas at the end too.  I'm going to make them again for sure.  Very tasty and crunchy because I cooked them for about 30 minutes. They turned out great.  Thanks for the recipe. Cooking 7

    I made these yesterday and they tasted fantastic ..I have added this recipe to my Gluten free Collection..I also added 50g of white Choc buttons as suggested.
