Ingredients

Base

  • 160 grams rolled oats
  • 75 grams Cashews
  • 75 grams raw almonds
  • 1/4 level tsp salt
  • 80 grams dates, soaked in warm water for 30 min
  • 50 grams coconut oil, melted
  • 1 level tsp ground ginger

Filling

  • 100 grams Maple syrup
  • 100 grams coconut oil, melted
  • 100 grams cashew or almond butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 level teaspoons ground ginger

Recipe's preparation

    Make the base
  1. Place the oats, cashews, salt and ginger into the Closed lid"Closed lid" bowl and process for 5 seconds on speed 7 until you have a fine crumb. Add the soaked dates and coconut oil and process again, 5-10 seconds on speed 7 until it is well combined.

    Press into a square slice tin, lined with baking paper and place into the fridge to set while you make the filling.

    For the filling, add all the filling ingredients to the bowl Closed lid"Closed lid" (No need to clean) and blend for 10-15 seconds on speed 7 or until smooth and creamy.

    Pour the filling mixture evenly over the base and return the slice to the fridge to set for about 30 minutes.

    Slice into 25 squares and enjoy!

    * Store in the fridge.
