- 175 grams marshmallows
- 215 grams Coco Pops or Rice Bubbles
- Sprinkles or small chocolate chips, (Mini M & M's), optional

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Line slice tray with bake paper.
2. In the TM bowl, add butter and marshmallows and melt for 3 mins 100 deg, speed 3. Check that the marshmallows have melted and repeat if needed.
3. Add Coco Pops or Rice Bubbles and mix 10 sec, "Counter-clockwise operation" , speed 3.
4. Scrap down side and mix again 10 sec, "Counter-clockwise operation" , speed 3.
5. Pour mixture into prepared tray and press down using the MC.
6. If using sprinkles, put them on top and press down again with MC.
7. Leave to set on the bench for 10-15 mins.
8. Slice and store in air tight container in the pantry for 3-4 days. Storing in the fridge will make them slimy.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
